Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Savannah River Soaps! Each product is handmade in small batches with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that handmade soaps require proper curing time before they are ready for use. Some products may ship sooner depending on availability, while others may be made fresh to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.

Savannah River Soaps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Savannah River Soaps is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package our products carefully to help ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can assist you.

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Savannah River Soaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, details and pickup instructions will be provided after checkout.
